At NuGeneration Music, we believe the right student–teacher connection is essential for meaningful learning.

To ensure compatibility, the first 30 minutes of the initial lesson are offered free of charge. This time is used to understand the student’s goals, learning style, and comfort level, and for the teacher to assess how best to support the student.

If either the student or teacher feels the fit is not right within the first 30 minutes, no payment is required and the lesson may be discontinued with no obligation.

Once the lesson continues beyond the first 30 minutes, it is considered accepted, and standard lesson fees apply. No refunds are provided for completed lessons beyond this trial period.
