2. Our Services

NuGeneration Music offers music lessons, classes, workshops, and learning materials. Lessons may be conducted online or in another format as communicated. Services and offerings may change from time to time.

3. Parents and Student Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for managing lesson schedules, payments, and communication for young students. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.

4. Lesson Scheduling and Attendance

Lessons must be scheduled in advance. If a student cannot attend a lesson, parents should notify us as early as possible. Missed lessons or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

We may use third-party platforms for payments, video lessons, or scheduling. While we aim for smooth sessions, we are not responsible for technical issues caused by internet problems or third-party tools.

Every student learns at their own pace. While we provide guidance and instruction, we cannot guarantee specific results or progress timelines.

11. Ending Services

NuGeneration Music reserves the right to discontinue lessons if these terms are not followed, payments are not completed, or behavior becomes disruptive.
